This is a part-time position with the opportunity to move into full-time for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do:
Greet every client and patient with empathy, even during high-stress or emotional visits
Handle phone calls, appointment scheduling, and triage with professionalism
Refill prescriptions and relay accurate information to pet parents
Support families with compassion during euthanasias and DOAs
Process payments, Care Credit, and Scratch Pay
Maintain accurate records using Cornerstone software
Keep exam rooms, restrooms, and the lobby clean and presentable
Restock the coffee/refreshment station and ensure restroom supplies are always available
Ensure the hospital feels welcoming, calming, and cared for — just like our patients
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year veterinary receptionist experience required
Experience with Cornerstone software strongly preferred
Familiarity with Care Credit and Scratch Pay is a plus
Must be able to lift 40 lbs and wear scrubs
Emotionally intelligent and compassionate communicator
Comfortable in a fast-paced urgent care setting
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility for cleanliness and client comfort
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
