The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial assets. Reporting to the Head of Property, this role focuses on driving asset performance, building relationships and delivering value for our investors and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing direction and oversight to external Property Managers
- Driving value through contract procurement, outgoings minimisation and identifying opportunities for additional income generation
- Undertake regular asset inspections
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders
- Collaborating with departments across the business to execute and deliver on agreed investment strategy and performance
- Manage leasing strategies, tenant relationships and manage occupancy targets
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

About You
- 5+ years experience in commercial property asset management or similar
- Strong financial acumen
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment
- Proven negotiation skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or related discipline or demonstrated skill development
