The Opportunity 

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial assets.  Reporting to the Head of Property, this role focuses on driving asset performance, building relationships and delivering value for our investors and tenants. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Providing direction and oversight to external Property Managers  
  • Driving value through contract procurement, outgoings minimisation and identifying opportunities for additional income generation 
  • Undertake regular asset inspections  
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders  
  • Collaborating with departments across the business to execute and deliver on agreed investment strategy and performance 
  • Manage leasing strategies, tenant relationships and manage occupancy targets 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

About You 

  • 5+ years experience in commercial property asset management or similar  
  • Strong financial acumen  
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment
  • Proven negotiation skills 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or related discipline or demonstrated skill development
