Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (US Pacific Time)
Location: On-site – Rajput Plaza, Old Airport Road, Chaklala Cantt, Rawalpindi
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to US-based businesses
Communicate professionally with business owners and decision-makers
Identify potential business opportunities through conversations
Pitch our services and generate qualified leads
Handle basic objections and maintain effective follow-ups
Maintain accurate lead records
Coordinate qualified leads with management
✅ Requirements
Fluent US English communication & strong US English accent — Required
Previous cold calling / telemarketing / sales experience
Confident and professional communication skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients
Strong follow-up and lead-generation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Willingness to work night shifts according to US business hours
