Closing Dog Daycare Kennel Attendant Jobs in Reno, NV at Charlie’s Place
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Closing Dog Daycare Kennel Attendant to join our team. Prior kennel experience highly desired but not necessarily required as we’re willing to train the right individual. Shifts are Sunday-Thursday 2:30pm-11pm. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK HOLIDAYS!
Shift responsibilities include: Helping in the daycare, feeding overnight boarding dogs dinner, prepping breakfast meals for the opening shift, administering medications, cleaning of the daycare facility, and putting all dogs in their respective areas before leaving for the night. Must be comfortable being the facility after 7pm by yourself. We are seeking people who are mature enough to understand and accept the responsibility of supervising and caring for our client’s fur-children while they stay with us.
This position involves a lot of very physical work such as standing, cleaning, and getting jumped on by the dogs, must be able to lift 50lbs. Patience with the dogs is an important character trait for this position. Charlie’s Place is a fast paced work environment, multitasking is a critical skill. Pay DOE.
