Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a crew in implementing landscaping enhancement projects
• Coordinate equipment and materials for job efficiency
• Perform hands-on landscaping and construction tasks
• Maintain communication with management regarding issues
• Conduct daily inspections of tools and vehicles
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in landscaping crew leadership
• Experience with hardscape and softscape landscaping
• Basic plant knowledge and garden maintenance skills
• Level 1 First Aid certification preferred
• Highly motivated with strong communication skills
