Responsibilities

Assist veterinarian during examinations, surgeries, and other medical procedures.

Perform routine laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging.

Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by the veterinarian.

Monitor the health and behavior of animals in our care.

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient.

Provide education to pet owners on proper pet care, nutrition, and training techniques.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment.

Handle animals safely and compassionately during examinations and treatments.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and team members is crucial.

Proven experience in pet care, animal handling, or veterinary settings is preferred.

Knowledge of veterinary terminology and animal anatomy is essential.

Familiarity with laboratory procedures and kennel management is a plus.

Skills in dog training or pet grooming are beneficial but not required.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $18.73 – $22.00 per hour
