The Role
You will be the operational backbone ensuring our clinic runs with precision and excellence. Your job is to supervise reception staff, ensure accurate documentation and billing, manage case follow-up, and deliver exceptional customer service to everyone from routine pet owners to passionate rescue volunteers. This role directly impacts our financial sustainability and mission impact.
What You'll Do
- Supervise reception staff and ensure accurate patient records, billing, and adherence to SOPs
- Cross-check veterinary records against invoices to ensure all procedures are properly captured and billed
- Manage case follow-up: track post-op checks, test results, and ensure vets make required follow-up calls
- Deliver excellent customer service across diverse client types and handle complex situations with professionalism
- Implement quality control systems that maximize accuracy and revenue capture
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented professional who can supervise staff and maintain quality standards
- Excellent communicator in Arabic and English who handles diverse personalities with ease
- Systems thinker who understands that operational excellence = greater mission impact
- Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or customer service operations (clinic experience strongly preferred)
Requirements
Proven supervisory experience, strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, fluency in Arabic and English, comfort with billing and computer systems for scheduling and records management.
