Duties
Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries
Assist with medical record management and data entry
Handle payments and billing processes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Provide support to veterinarians and veterinary technicians as needed
Qualifications
Experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital is REQUIRED
Proficiency in veterinary terminology and medical collection procedures
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
Displays integrity in all aspects of the position
