Animal Oasis Veterinary Hospital is a small animal general practice in Naples, Florida, committed to providing progressive, gold-standard veterinary care in a welcoming, team-focused environment. We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front-of-house team. Veterinary experience is not required; we are happy to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn.

Position Overview: Client Service Representative
As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in creating a positive, compassionate experience for both people and pets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in growing a career in veterinary medicine or client-focused healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage incoming phone calls
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Communicate effectively with veterinarians and clinical staff
- Support client education and follow-up communication
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

Qualifications
- Previous customer service or reception experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn veterinary terminology, workflows, and hospital systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: competitive hourly rate, based on experience
- Flexible Scheduling Options:
- Four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts
- Rotating Saturdays with scheduling flexibility
