Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support related to veterinary care and pet services. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with empathy will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our customers and their beloved pets.
Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information regarding services and products.
Assist clients with scheduling appointments, processing medical records, and managing follow-up communications.
Maintain a thorough understanding of veterinary services, pet grooming options, and animal care practices to effectively address client questions.
Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication between clients and medical teams.
Handle sensitive situations with care, including medical collections and client concerns regarding their pets’ health.
Uphold high standards of customer service by demonstrating professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Support the overall operations of the facility by assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess a background in animal care or veterinary services. Preferred qualifications include:
Familiarity with aseptic technique and veterinary critical care practices.
Experience in laboratory settings or direct animal handling.
Knowledge of pet grooming techniques and general pet care responsibilities.
Prior experience in medical collection processes is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
