Animal Hospital of Fort Lauderdale is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative who will also work one day per week as a Veterinary Assistant. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with strong front desk skills who also enjoys hands-on patient care.
We are a progressive, 3-doctor small animal practice located in East Fort Lauderdale with an outstanding reputation for exceptional care. Our hospital is fully digital, paperless, and equipped with the latest diagnostic tools including digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, laser therapy, stem cells, PRP, surgical services, and advanced reproductive care.
Position Overview
Schedule: 4 consistent days per week (3 CSR days, 1 Vet Assistant day)
Veterinary Assistant experience and restraint skills are required.
Must be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
CSR Responsibilities (3 days/week)
Greet and assist clients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage digital records
Provide excellent communication and support to clients and team members
Handle phone inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services and procedures.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Veterinary Assistant Responsibilities (1 day/week)
Assist with patient restraint, treatments, and diagnostics
Support exam room flow, maintain cleanliness, and assist with procedures
Communicate with clients about patient care during visits
Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
