About the Role
As a CSR, you’ll be the face of our hospital, helping clients feel welcome and supported during every visit. From scheduling appointments to assisting with client inquiries, your role is critical to ensuring a smooth experience for pets and their families.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role in a medical setting; veterinary experience is a plus but not required.
Excellent Communication Skills: Friendly, professional, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.

Schedule and Compensation
Flexible shifts available (full-time or part-time)
Must be able to work Sundays
Compensation: $16-$18/hour based on experience.
