Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, handling/processing payments, and possess strong communication skills.
Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with team members on project management tasks to improve service delivery processes.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
Assist in account management by ensuring customers are informed about products and services that meet their needs.
Refill medications requests when appropriate
Daily cleaning of the Lobby and front desk area is required.
Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Experience in Client Services is a must.
Ability to analyze data to identify trends and improve service strategies.
Familiarity with project management principles to assist in team collaboration.
Background in financial services is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a FAST-PACED environment (200-300 phone calls daily).

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
