Full Job Description
Veterinary Referral and Critical Care, Inc. is seeking to grow our amazing team. As a CSR you will enjoy getting to know our clients and patients. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Answering a multi-line phone system
Directing phone calls as appropriate
Checking in clients upon arrival
Communicating with assistants, technicians, and veterinarians
Data-entry and filing
Maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and exam rooms
Successful candidates will be friendly and upbeat, comfortable interacting with animals of different breeds, size, and personality, possess excellent communication skills, and must be a team player. As we are an emergency hospital, candidates must be able to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment. Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred. Must be available from 8AM – 12PM, Monday – Thursday, some Saturdays and Holidays. Full-time hours to cover vacations as needed.
