Join Our Veterinary Team as a Client Service Representative!

We’re looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) who will be the warm, welcoming face and friendly voice of our veterinary practice. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in creating positive experiences for both pets and their people — from the first phone call to the final farewell at checkout.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll wear many hats throughout the day, including:
Answering a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and compassion
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Handling prescription requests (in person, over the phone, and via fax)
️ Updating electronic patient records and uploading medical files/images
Checking in/out patients and managing payments
Collaborating with doctors and technicians to support client needs
Educating pet owners about our products, services, and wellness plans
