Animal Hospital of East Davie seeks a Client Service Representative to join our Client Care team! Our CSRs are vital as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while balancing a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

This is a Part-Time position.

Compensation**

Hourly Pay: $15-$17 per hour, for each hour worked*

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set:

1+ years of client service experience

Previous veterinary experience is desired, but not required

Proficiency in the following skills:

Exceptional client service

Highly organized

Effective communicator

Attention to detail

At the Animal Hospital of East Davie, we first opened our doors in January 2004 to offer a high-quality veterinary hospital for local pet owners, focused on great customer service. We embarked on our journey by renovating a cute 60-year-old garage in the Hillsdale area. Ten years later, and with 22 employees, we are still providing personalized medicine to the more than 5,000 clients who rely on us for their pets’ care. Our growth has enabled us to offer luxury grooming & boarding services to the community at the Davie Dog House.

And, we have more to come! In 2026, we will break ground on our new state-of-the-art, full-service Veterinary Hospital, built right next to the renovated garage we have called home for the past 21 years. Once our veterinary services relocate to the new building, The Davie Dog House will have its own dedicated facility!
