Vista Vet Animal Hospital & Pet Lodge seeks a Client Service Representative to join our Reception team! Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with clients and their pets. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while balancing between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
This is a full-time or part-time position, with flexible scheduling options and availability needed Monday-Friday and rotating weekends.

Compensation: $17-$19/hour, for each hour worked*

Minimum Qualifications and Skillset:
1+ years of client service experience required
1+ years of veterinary experience in any role required
Proficiency in the following skills:
Multi-phone line system
Typing & computer literacy
Experience with Cornerstone
Exceptional customer service skills
