Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our fast paced veterinary team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers & pets, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, in person.
Provide accurate information regarding services.
Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry.
Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive experience for customers.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Previous experience in a veterinary clinic preferred.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Comfortable with outbound calling as part of follow-up procedures.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Ability to type efficiently while engaging in conversations with customers.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
