Otsego Lake Veterinary Clinic is a privately owned business in Gaylord, MI. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping pets and providing outstanding customer service. All candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and direct clients within the clinic.
Schedule and confirm appointments
Relay messages within the software and between clients and medical team
Maintain records in an organized manner.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Provide feedback to management on customer service issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 – $16.00 per hour
