Client Relationship Specialist – Case Coordinator Jobs in Olympia, WA at Specialty VetMed
Our growing company is seeking a Client Services Coordinator/ Case Coordinator. The job involves typical reception duties but Case Coordinators at Specialty VetMed are much more than receptionists. Case Coordinators serve as the gateway to our hospital and the liaison between pet owners and our doctors. In short, our Case Coordinators are responsible for keeping the wheels rolling. This position requires individuals who are extremely detail-oriented, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, an ability to learn new software, and an enthusiasm for change. The successful candidate for this position will have experience in customer service, clerical duties, computer skills, and has spent time working in a veterinary clinic or hospital.
Most of our employees are scheduled to work 3 days per week. Our workdays are often long; starting around 7:30am and ending when we are done, which can be as early as 7pm and sometimes later than 10pm. A 4-day work week with a clearly defined end time is also an option.

– Be able to see the big picture to complete tasks: make pets healthy, keep the wheels rolling, keep pet owners and referring doctors happy, and streamline the workload for our doctors.

Specific duties:
– Receiving and processing various requests from pet owners
– Relaying medical information from doctors to pet owners
– Professionally interacting with primary care veterinarians, emergency clinics, and other specialists
– Scheduling appointments
– Facilitating medication refills
– Medical record keeping and reviewing medical records
– Processing payments
– Occasionally assisting the technical staff
Veterinary experience is required.
