Job Description
Vista Falls Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time receptionist to join our team in Mills River, NC. The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, and patient with a positive attitude. This position will be responsible for answering the phone, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative duties. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and enjoys working in a team setting.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service , preferably in the veterinary industry
Experience with AVIMARK is a plus
Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
Ability to work well under pressure and under deadline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (including marijuana)

Position is Monday through Friday. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and enjoys working in a team setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour
