Smith Veterinary Hospital is seeking a veterinary receptionist. We are a privately owned practice in the south metro focused on small animal health, wellness, reproduction and client education.
We are looking for a detail oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can handle a fast paced work environment.
Duties include:
answering phones, scheduling appointments, client email correspondence
greeting clients and their pets, getting them checked in for their appointment utilizing computerized medical records (Impromed), and keeping open communication with doctors and technicians.
checking out clients, processing payments and reconciling daily transactionmaintaining appearance and cleanliness of reception area

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
