Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Liaison to join our team. As a Client Liaison, you will be the face of our hospital and play a crucial role in creating positive experiences for our clients and their beloved pets. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service and to facilitate smooth communication between our clients and our veterinary staff.
Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to emails with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, ensuring efficient use of veterinary resources. Client Education: Provide information on services, procedures, and general pet care to clients, offering guidance and support. Billing and Payment Processing: Accurately handle client invoices, process payments, and address billing inquiries. Medical Records Management: Maintain and organize client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations. Follow-Up: Communicate with clients post-appointment to check on pet progress and provide follow-up care instructions. Complaint Resolution: Address client concerns or complaints promptly, working to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for animals and a genuine love for working with pet owners. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in computer software and basic office tools. Previous customer service or veterinary experience is a plus.
