Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Client Experience Executive to
become the face of our facility and the first point of contact for our clients and their Pets.
Responsibilities
• Welcome clients and build strong relationships with Pet owners
• Manage bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and daily Front Office operations
• Coordinate transportation schedules and communicate Pet owner’s instructions with the
operational team
• Handle client communication through phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Manage invoices, payments, memberships, and daily attendance records
• Coordinate client updates, photos, videos, and follow-ups regarding boarding, grooming, daycare,
and hydrotherapy
• Maintain communication between Front Office and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth daily
operations
• Handle complaints professionally and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Ideal Candidate
• A genuine passion for Dogs, Cats, and animal welfare is essential
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, Front Office, administration, or similar role
• Experience in the pet industry is preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
• Positive attitude, smiling personality, and team-oriented mindset

• Basic Salary(4500 AED – 6500 AED) + Commission
