Join Our Team as a Client Coordinator at Mountain West Veterinary Specialists in Layton, Utah!
Mountain West Veterinary Specialists is seeking a dedicated Client Coordinator to join our Emergency Department team for a full-time, three 13-hour shifts per week). As a rapidly growing, independently owned practice, we provide high-quality care in critical care, exotics, internal medicine, surgery, and emergency services. Due to our 24-hour operation, candidates must be flexible to work holidays and weekends.

Your Role:
As a Client Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience when they reach out to us. Excellent phone etiquette, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and stay organized are essential in this position. The Ideal Candidate:

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred (but not required)
