Client Care Jobs in Silver Spring, MD at Apex Vets

Title: Client Care

Company: Apex Vets

Location: Silver Spring, MD

Why Apex?

Most hospitals say they care about culture. We designed ours.

Apex Vets is an independently owned emergency & specialty hospital built on what we call the Apex Climb—a team-first approach where no one climbs alone. We operate like a rope team: we support each other, communicate clearly, and move forward together, especially when things get hard.

For many clients, you are the very first person they meet. The compassion, professionalism, and confidence you bring can shape their entire experience.

What Makes This Role Different

You're not "just answering phones."

You're the first impression of the hospital and an essential part of the emergency team.

Every shift is different. One moment you're welcoming a worried family through the front door. The next you're coordinating incoming emergencies, answering questions, and helping keep the hospital running smoothly.

If you enjoy fast-paced environments, solving problems, and helping people during difficult moments, you'll find purpose in this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
  • Answer phones and coordinate incoming emergency cases
  • Check in patients and obtain accurate client and patient information
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with doctors, technicians, and clients throughout the visit
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, organized front desk
  • Support the Client Care team in delivering an exceptional client experience

This is fast-paced, team-oriented emergency medicine where no two shifts are the same.
