This is a full time position, 40 hours a week; Morning, afternoon and evening shifts available; $500 sign-on bonus

Our Client Care Specialist plays an integral role in managing the flow of information between our veterinary staff and clients.
THE POSITION:
Duties include (but are by no means limited to) greeting clients, handling check-ins/check-outs, receiving emergencies at the ER Desk and working with clients in our Admitting Office. With about 90,000 visitors coming through our doors each year, opportunities for client service are almost limitless.

Required
1 year(s): A minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience required.
Preferred
Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative is preferred.
Education
