Experienced Client Care Specialist for a full services pet resort. The client care specialist (receptionist) is the client’s first contact when calling or visiting our pet resort and as such represents the professional image of the practice to callers and visitors. The receptionist answers telephones, greets clients and prepares client files, receives and relays client correspondence and updates client records. The exceptional client care specialist has the ability to diffuse negative client situations and foster client bonding.
Education and experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer Service background desirable
Typing/Computer skills required.
Experience Requirements:
Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment.
Previous receptionist or client service experience are desirable
Personal Requirements:
Be flexible in attitude and work habits.
Reliable transportation
Quickly learn how to pronounce, know the meaning of and spell commonly used grooming/animal terms.
Perform basic computer skills, type 30 words per minute.
Have had experience with basic office functions in a busy work environment
Physical Effort: Requires sitting and standing for extended periods of time. Maintaining a clean work environment. Able to work 8 to 10 hours shifts.
Able to transfer to other business locations upon scheduling needs.
Working conditions: May be exposed to unpleasant odors, noises and animal feces.

Pay: From $15.75 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
