- Have previous veterinary reception experience; veterinary or medical reception experience is strongly preferred

- Communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and digitally
- Are dependable and committed to supporting your teammates
- Can manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Are comfortable discussing veterinary services, treatment estimates, and payments

- Are adaptable, organized, and ready to learn and grow
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage a high-volume phone system with accuracy and care
- Schedule appointments and help coordinate patient flow throughout the day
- Respond to client messages and communicate with the medical team
- Assist with client education, billing, estimates, and financial transactions
- Keep information organized and communication moving between clients and teammates
- Provide a steady, compassionate presence during everything from exciting new-puppy visits to difficult goodbyes
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time opportunities are available
- Saturday availability is required
