Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients for a Client Care Advisor within a veterinary practice. This role acts as the key link between clients and the clinical team, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and supportive experience for pet owners and their animals.
You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing bookings, handling payments, and supporting the day-to-day running of the practice while maintaining a calm and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
- Act as a communication link between clients and clinical staff
- Manage bookings, appointments, and scheduling using online systems
- Handle payments and administrative tasks accurately
- Offer guidance on practice services and available treatments
- Maintain a calm, supportive approach during emotional or sensitive situations
- Support smooth day-to-day operations of the practice
- Ensure clients leave with a positive experience and clear information
- Contribute to a welcoming and friendly practice environment
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
- Good computer literacy and ability to use online booking systems
- Calm, empathetic, and patient approach
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Passion for animals and client care
