Role Overview:
Cleaning Supervisor Soft Services oversees and ensures the efficient delivery of soft services within the facilities management context, focusing on non-technical, essential support services that contribute to a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment.
Roles and responsibilities:
Supervise soft services such as cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and other non-technical facilities operations.
Helping in developing and implement strategies to enhance service delivery standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align soft services with organizational objectives and operational needs.
Monitor service performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives on daily basis..
Ensure effective vendor management and contract administration for soft services on daily basis.
Handle service requests, complaints, and emergencies related to soft services promptly and efficiently.
Job Specific Knowledge and skills:
Proven experience in managing soft services within a facilities management or related environment.
Knowledge of industry best practices and standards for soft services operations.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, evaluate service performance, and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with relevant software applications for facilities management is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years in soft services operations
Certification in facilities management or related field is desirable.
