Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective customer service abilities
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, healthcare providers, and team members
- Basic understanding of medicine and critical care management practices
- Ability to work collaboratively on patient-centered care initiatives
- Relevant experience in healthcare or medical billing industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharm-D
