The ideal candidate will be responsible in overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations – business development, sales, leasing and asset management.
Qualifications
Minimum of 17 years’ of executive experience in senior leadership role within real estate company.
Solid background in property development, sales, leasing – across international markets and international regions.
Strategic planning and business development experience – a strong networker who has a black book contacts of end users and business opportunities for real estate projects across UAE.
Extensive experience in managing large-scale property development projects in line with market standards and regulations in the UAE / GCC Regions.
Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
