Position Summary

The Chief Investor Relations Officer (CIRO) serves as the principal liaison between Gamezon Space Corporation and its shareholders, investors, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and the broader investment community.

The CIRO is responsible for developing and executing investor relations strategies that enhance investor confidence, support fundraising initiatives, strengthen shareholder engagement, and communicate the Company’s financial performance, growth strategy, and investment opportunities.

As an Employee Shareholder, the CIRO aligns executive leadership responsibilities with the interests of shareholders while contributing to the Company’s long-term value creation and capital growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities1. Investor Relations Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy.
  • Promote the Company’s investment opportunities to prospective investors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with institutional, private, and strategic investors.
  • Position Gamezon Space Corporation as a leading investment destination in the e-commerce and technology sectors.
  • Support capital-raising initiatives and investment campaigns.

2. Shareholder Communications

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for shareholders and investors.
  • Communicate company performance, milestones, and strategic developments.
  • Coordinate shareholder meetings, investor briefings, and annual general meetings.
  • Prepare investor newsletters and shareholder updates.
  • Ensure timely responses to investor inquiries.

3. Capital Raising & Investment Management

  • Assist in securing equity investments, venture capital, private placements, and strategic funding partnerships.
  • Support fundraising rounds and investment campaigns.
  • Coordinate due diligence activities with potential investors.
  • Develop investor presentations, pitch decks, and financial information packages.
  • Maintain investor databases and investment records.

4. Financial Communications

  • Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to communicate financial results and business performance.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual investor reports.
  • Present key financial and operational metrics to stakeholders.
  • Ensure transparency and consistency in financial disclosures.

5. Shareholder Registration & Ownership Management

  • Oversee shareholder relations and ownership communication programs.
  • Support shareholder registration, share transfer, and shareholding records management.
  • Coordinate with registrars, legal advisors, and corporate secretaries.
  • Promote shareholder participation in corporate governance activities.

6. Corporate Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure investor communications comply with applicable regulations and corporate governance standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of shareholder and investor information.
  • Support regulatory reporting and disclosure obligations.
  • Promote transparency, accountability, and ethical business practices.

7. Market Intelligence & Investment Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and investment sentiment.
  • Conduct investment research and industry analysis.
  • Provide management with investor feedback and market insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve shareholder value and investor confidence.

8. Strategic Partnerships

  • Build relationships with:

Qualifications & ExperienceEducation

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Investment Management, Corporate Communications, or related field.
  • Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Professional certifications in finance, investments, or corporate governance are advantageous.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10–12 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in investor relations, finance, investment management, capital markets, or corporate communications.
  • Proven experience working with shareholders, investors, and fundraising initiatives.
  • Experience within technology, e-commerce, fintech, or multinational organizations is highly desirable.

Authority and Decision-Making

The Chief Investor Relations Officer is authorized to:

  • Represent the Company in investor and shareholder engagements.
  • Coordinate investor communications and disclosures.
  • Recommend investment and fundraising strategies.
  • Facilitate shareholder engagement initiatives.
  • Advise executive management on investor sentiment and market opportunities.

Position Purpose Statement

The Chief Investor Relations Officer is responsible for strengthening investor confidence, enhancing shareholder engagement, facilitating capital growth, and ensuring transparent communication between Gamezon Space Corporation and the global investment community while contributing to sustainable long-term shareholder value as an Employee Shareholder.

Equity & Financial Participation

In order to Unify the Financial Interest between the Company Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and the Shareholders, the CIRO need be a Shareholder. You will acquire the Company Ordinary Shares of USD.0.774 or Ksh.100.00 per value per share of Market value equivalent to one times (1x) the Director’s Annual Cash Retainer or 50,000 shares of the same value per share, whichever is higher to a Maximum of 3.5% of the Total Shares under ESOPs Pool.

  • Director’s Annual Cash Retainer = USD.50,000 or Ksh.6,640,000;
  • ESOPs Shares Pool = 7,000,000 Ordinary Shares
  • Nominal Value per Share = USD.0.774 or Ksh.100.00 per Share

Working Conditions

The CIRO will work in a professional office environment, at the Company Head Office Located at The BRICK, Thindigua, along Kiambu Rd, with a collaborative culture. This role may require occasional extended hours to prepare for Board meetings or to address urgent compliance issues. The company promotes a hybrid work model, allowing for a flexible work-life balance.

Reporting Structure

The Chief Investor Relations Officer (CIRO) reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and works closely with the Board of Directors, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Corporate Secretary, and Executive Leadership Team.
