Coordinate the internal audit process and schedule to meet all applicable IFRS standard
The ability to deal with Egyptian tax portals in all their branches
Assists in monitoring, recording, analysis, and reporting on the Food Safety and Quality System
Follow up on the closing of checks in restaurants at the end of each day and send reports to the audit manager
Determine ways to cut costs and improve profitability
Contribute to attending monthly inventory in restaurants
Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement
Implementing to the company’s policies during operation in all restaurants
المؤهلات
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, hotels or restaurants’ experience is a plus
Bachelor degree in veterinary is required
Excellent written and oral communication skills along with strong problem-solving skills are essential
A very good command of English.
Knowledge in purchasing and stock control.
Preferably Heliopolis and new settlement, residence
Preferable Experience In Event & Hospitality Industry
