Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Art Capital will provide overall strategic leadership, set long-term vision, and ensure operational execution across the real estate credit advisory business. The CEO will oversee business development, manage key client and capital partner relationships, and drive growth initiatives in Abuja while coordinating with teams and partners in Europe and Asia. Daily responsibilities include leading senior management, making data-informed decisions on investments and advisory mandates, supervising financial performance, and ensuring robust governance and risk management. The CEO will represent the company in high-level meetings, maintain a strong market presence, and foster a culture of integrity, collaboration, and performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders, lead teams, and represent the organization effectively.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Office Administration capabilities to oversee organizational processes, internal coordination, and executive support functions.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to maintain high-quality client relationships and ensure exceptional advisory experiences.
- Candidates should possess Accounting and financial management skills to understand financial statements, oversee budgeting, and support capital allocation decisions.
- Extensive leadership experience in financial services, real estate, or credit advisory, with a track record of driving business growth.
- Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with comfort operating in cross-border and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site in Abuja and collaborate effectively with international partners and teams.
