Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Chemist to join our Home & Personal Care formulation team. The ideal candidate will assist in formulation development, laboratory testing, and quality control of cosmetic and personal care products. This role is well-suited for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in formulation and compounding of home and personal care products
- Work with cosmetic and personal care chemicals and raw materials
- Conduct laboratory testing and quality control procedures
- Operate laboratory equipment and ensure safety compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, trials, and test results
- Support production trials and scale-up processes
- Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines
- Coordinate with production and quality teams
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree (MS) in Chemistry or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, and Physical Organic Chemistry
- Good analytical and laboratory skills
- Attention to detail and strong documentation ability
- Understanding of cosmetic or personal care formulations is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
