Full Job Description
St. Frances Animal Center is seeking a veterinary assistant /tech to join our dedicated team. Candidates must have a minimum of one year experience in an animal shelter, animal hospital or clinic and a strong interest in shelter medicine. Duties include but are not limited to assisting with surgery, clinics, blood draws, injections, reading fecals, hw tests and FIV/FeLv snaps, giving fluids and medications, microchipping, pet daily care and other duties as directed.
Must be reliable and have own transportation. A pre-employment drug screen is required for this role. Please forward a résumé for further consideration.
