Oakwood Hills Animal Hospital is a privately owned, AAHA-accredited practice with a long-standing reputation for exceptional care in our community. Serving pets and their families since 1979, we are proud to be Fear Free Certified and committed to providing high-quality medicine in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
We are currently seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician to join our collaborative team of 10 doctors and skilled support staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician who wants to apply their skills, continue learning, and grow within a progressive private practice.

The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Our Certified Veterinary Technicians are utilized to their fullest potential and play a vital role in patient care, including:
- Implementing treatment plans prescribed by doctors
- Calculating and administering medications
- Placing IV catheters and performing venipuncture
- Taking and positioning radiographs
- Monitoring and performing anesthesia
- Providing attentive, high-quality critical patient care

Qualifications include:
Graduate of an AVMA accredited program
Licensed/Certified Individual
Experience in anesthesia is preferred
Pay: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour
