Position Overview
The Controller is responsible for the monitoring of alarm systems, incident reporting, and maintaining seamless coordination across teams to ensure the effectiveness of security operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Alarm Monitoring: Handle and monitor alarm signals and perform hourly call checks.
- Incident Management: Conduct incident reporting and manage guard monitoring signals.
- Systems Monitoring: Perform Geotab and Protrack monitoring.
- Alarm Systems: Handle field-to-test alarm signals and program client alarm accounts in the Oryx system.
- Team Coordination: Monitor guard assistance needs and communicate effectively with team members and departments to ensure operational coordination.
