Candidates should expect varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, contributing to both Small and Large Animal Hospital operations. Your support is essential for maintaining excellent animal husbandry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform cleaning and disinfection of areas and equipment
• Assist in restocking food and supplies
• Prepare and maintain kennels for patients
• Follow proper feeding instructions for animals
• Aid in animal handling during examinations and treatments
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Experience in animal care desirable
• Certification in Veterinary Assistance a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift weights up to 25kg
