We offer progression from Junior Analyst to Engagement Manager and beyond, providing great opportunities to advance your career as a strategy consultant.
Our Analysts are a core part of our project teams. Roles involve conducting primary and secondary research; performing incisive analysis and synthesising insightful conclusions and recommendations for clients. We offer progression to Senior Analyst level, with promotion to Associate (typically 2-3 years).
Our Associates lead workstreams and structure our approaches to client problems. Roles involve managing the team’s daily activities, supervising Analysts and developing the final output for the client. We offer Junior and Senior Associate positions with a pathway to manager level roles.
Our Engagement Managers lead the project teams and are the key contact point for clients. Roles involve structuring and defining the team’s approach to problems, mentoring junior team members and delivering impactful outputs for the client.

Applications for our summer internship programme runs from 1 September to 31 January and for graduates from 1 September to 28 February. Please enquire for off-cycle internships.
We accept applications year-round for advanced degree holders, experienced hires and senior advisors.
What is a Case Interview?
Case interviews reflect real-world challenges that our clients face. They are designed to simulate problem-solving discussions that our team have on a day-to-day basis when delivering both commercial diligence and corporate strategy projects.
