Key Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee internal audit engagements to ensure effective internal controls and governance.
- Evaluate and strengthen risk management systems and compliance operational frameworks across the bank’s business units.
- Conduct detailed financial, operational, and system audits to safeguard bank assets.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports highlighting findings, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Strong background, relevant degree, and professional expertise in Internal Audit, Finance, Accounting, or Risk Management.
- Practical experience and passion for strengthening governance, risk management, and internal control systems within banking or financial institutions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with strong analytical and report-writing capabilities.
