Position: Captain – 38m Private Sailing Yacht
Seeking a rotational Captain for a world cruising 38m private sailing yacht.

38m private sailing yacht
Starting early March 2025 in the Caribbean
Rotation of offer, schedule and salary to be discussed with owner
Usually just 2 guests on board, owner and wife, occasionally with adult children
Boss trips can be 10-14 days at a time. Lots of sailing involved.
World cruising itinerary: west coast U.S., Greenland, refit in U.S, Pacific and beyond.
The yacht has a good budget and is well-maintained; engines have been upgraded.
Captain has own cabin and ensuite.
5 crew and chase boat driver.
Must have a valid B1 or B1B2 visa.
British flagged vessel.
Contract: Rotation (schedule to be confirmed)
Experience: Extensive bluewater sailing
Salary: TBD
Qualifications: Master 200GT (pref.)
Itinerary: World Cruising (Summer) / Caribbean, U.S. west coast, Greenland, Pacific (Winter)
