Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Canine Fitness Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have dog handling experience, with the ability to educate clients on canine fitness, as per training. As a Canine Fitness Coach, you will play a vital role in helping clients provide exercise for their dogs in less than ideal circumstances like the Las Vegas heat, or busy work schedules. This job involves driving a large van from location to location, and handling dogs of all temperments.
Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one exercise sessions for dogs in our mobile unit.
Provide a pleasant and energetic environment for clients to participate during sessions if they desire.
Assess fitness and develop individualized workout plans for dogs.
Maintain a clean and organized training environment to ensure client safety.
Track client progress and adjust training programs accordingly to maximize results.
Drive our vans from location to location, always adhering to a provided schedule and communicating with administrator as far as progress.
Lift dogs that can weigh up to 80 pounds.
Qualifications
Experience handling dogs of different temperments and fitness levels, inside of an enclosed space.
Experience in fitness or understanding of the benefits of exercise to all living beings.
Energetic personality and ability to provide upbeat motivation .
Clean driving record.
Reliable transportation to and from starting location.
Ability work independently in an unsupervised environement.
A genuine passion for dogs.
