Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Supervise staff to ensure adherence to Cubby’s standards, exceeding customer expectations.
Plan and monitor daily tasks.
Provide feedback for staff growth and manage daycare and boarding tasks efficiently.
Safety and Health:
Maintain facility safety and health standards.
Train staff in safe play practices, keeping meticulous health and safety records.
Engage with clients about their dogs’ health or behavioral issues, ensuring proper feeding and medication.
Customer Service:
Represent Cubby’s Canine Castle to clients.
Handle inquiries, reservations, and client issues with strong customer service skills.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience working with animals and in a supervisory role.
Availability on holidays and weekends.
Hands-on approach in various operational areas.
Comfortable with different dog breeds and behaviors.
Physically demanding with tasks such as walking dogs and cleaning.
Proficiency in software systems, Google Drive, Word, and Excel.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
