Canine Care Specialist Jobs in Brentwood, NH at Protection Dogs Plus LLC
At Protection Dogs Plus, we’re a specialized dog training facility—not a daycare or public boarding kennel. We work with a select group of dogs, allowing our team to build meaningful relationships with each one. If you’re passionate about animal care and looking to grow in a hands-on, rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour but commensurate with experience.
What You’ll Do
As a Kennel Technician, you’ll play a key role in the daily care and well-being of our dogs. Responsibilities include:
– Preparing and feeding daily meals
– Administering medications and preventatives
– Walking dogs and monitoring outdoor time
– Cleaning and sanitizing kennels, yards, and the kitchen area
This is a physically demanding position. You must be able to stand and walk for 8–12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. You’ll be working closely with large, high-energy dogs of various breeds and temperaments.
Requirements:
-18 years of age or older.
– Previous experience with dogs in a professional setting such as a kennel, vet, or daycare setting.

Schedule & Availability
– We can offer shorter shifts (4 hours) or longer shifts (8, 10 or 12 hours)
– Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. While we understand that not everyone wants to work every weekend or holiday, animal care does require someone to be present daily.
