Summary
As a Care Specialist at DogsWorld, LLC., you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our canine guests. This position is essential in delivering high-quality pet care and customer service, contributing to our mission of providing a luxurious experience for both dogs and their owners.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive care to dogs in our daycare and hotel facilities.
Engage with dogs through playtime, exercise, and socialization activities.
Monitor the health and behavior of each dog, reporting any concerns to management.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility to ensure a safe environment.
Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog’s needs and experiences.
Assist in training and grooming as needed to enhance the overall experience for our guests.
Requirements
Experience in animal care or related field is preferred.
Strong animal handling skills with a passion for working with dogs.
Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with pet owners.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of dog behavior and health is a plus.
