Position: Camping and Boating Advisor | Show-through Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Dive headfirst into the world of outdoor recreation as you assist customers in selecting the perfect accessories for their camping and boating adventures.
- Embrace the thrill of demonstrating the latest RVs, camping accessories, and boating gear, showcasing their features and functionalities with contagious enthusiasm.
- Elevate the customer experience by recommending must-have accessories and upgrades to take their outdoor escapades to the next level.
- Build lasting connections with outdoor enthusiasts, fostering a community of like-minded adventurers who share your passion for exploration.
Requirements
- A zest for life and a love for the great outdoors, with a desire to share that passion with others.

- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and occasional spontaneous adventures.
Schedule
- Additional day off during the work week if on‑shift on Saturday.
Education and/or Experience
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required; we value your drive, determination, and eagerness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of camping and boating accessories is a bonus; training will be provided as needed.
Compensation
- Hourly plus commission; $17 – $25 hourly equivalent.
