Your role will involve handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our veterinary services.

Duties:
– Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing client inquiries and providing information about our veterinary services.
– Schedule appointments for pet visits and surgeries.
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our database system.
– Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer experiences during all interactions.
– Assist in outbound calling campaigns for appointment reminders or follow-ups.
– Collaborate with the veterinary team to communicate critical care instructions to clients.
– Uphold a high level of customer service to build and maintain client relationships.
– Perform data entry tasks accurately to update client information and appointment details.
Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or Korean is a plus.
– Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
– Prior experience in customer service or call center roles required.
– Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for effective communication with a diverse client base.
– Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
– Familiarity with outbound calling practices and upselling techniques is beneficial.
– Prior experience and knowledge in the veterinary field is required.
